About the Project
AMBION needed a 3.50 m bottle for a brand installation that mirrors its surroundings like the original on the shelf. At this size a mirror surface forgives no distortion, and the object had to be proven to stand safely.
An internal frame carries the GRP shell, the 20 cm plinth takes steel plates or weights. The logo sits on both sides, as the client approved after our proposal.
3D data of the bottle → Internal frame and structural check → GRP lamination → Mirror finish → Plinth with ballast.
The bottle was built in our workshop in July and August 2025, with a structural calculation for its stance and the logo on both sides.
3.50 m tall at low weight: the GRP shell on its internal frame stays true to form and can be transported.

A precise base form before mirroring is mandatory: CNC turns the 3D data true so reflections do not warp.
