Do you install the objects too?

Yes. We deliver and install, abroad and in difficult places too: we set up the Genshin Impact teleport at 2,300 m altitude at minus 13 degrees.

Can event objects stand outdoors?

Yes, in GRP. The teleport in Val Thorens had a 5 mm GRP layer and stood securely on a 3 × 3 × 1 m plinth.

How early should we get in touch?

As early as possible, ideally with the show date in your first message. Then we plan model, production and transport backwards from set-up day.

Stand at gamescom in Cologne with life-size characters from the game Torchlight, including a robot, behind a wooden palisade — Game characters for Perfect World, gamescom Cologne

Why brands order trade fair and event objects

Trade fair stand
Every fan recognises a character from the game from the aisle. For Perfect World, life-size game characters stood at gamescom in Cologne, painted and dressed in real, sewn clothing.
Game and product launch
For the launch of a new game, Genshin Impact had a 4 m teleport at 2,300 m altitude in Val Thorens, lit from inside, with a switch for visitors.
Industry fair
At industry fairs, what counts is who stops. For AbbVie, life-size figures stood at the AEDV dermatology fair in Geneva.
Presentation
A symbol in XXL becomes a photo spot. For a presentation we made a golden unicorn that guests had their photos taken with.

Inside the hall, B1 is what counts.

Organisers usually require flame-retardant materials for objects in exhibition halls: in Germany that is fire class B1 under DIN 4102-1, elsewhere in Europe EN 13501-1. A B1 material goes out by itself once the flame is gone. We clarify which proof your fair requires before we quote, and choose material and coating accordingly.

Stability is part of it: the gamescom characters got an aluminium frame running from the torso through legs and feet into the plinth. Solid, and invisible to visitors.
