General information
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website, handle your enquiry, or fulfil legal obligations.
Data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information and stores it in so-called server log files. This may include in particular: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, time of the server request, and IP address.
Processing takes place to ensure technical operation, system security, and error analysis. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes.
Contact form and email contact
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number, project description) to handle your enquiry and communicate with you.
The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to pre-contractual measures or a contract, and Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR for general enquiries. Data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider (e.g. Vercel Inc.). Personal data collected on this website is processed on the host's servers. The host is used on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR and, where applicable, Article 28 GDPR (data processing agreement).
If data is transferred to third countries (e.g. the USA), this is done only in compliance with applicable data protection requirements, in particular on the basis of appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 GDPR.
Disclosure of data
Your personal data is disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for contract performance, we are legally obliged to do so, or you have previously consented. Data is not transferred for advertising purposes.
Retention period
Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and no statutory retention periods (e.g. commercial or tax law periods) conflict with deletion.
Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
